Built From Real Frustration With Spreadsheets
Back in 2018, our founder Linnea Thorvaldsen spent three consecutive nights fixing a budgeting model that kept breaking. The formulas were a mess. Different departments used different templates. And every forecast felt like guesswork dressed up as data.
That's when she realized something obvious: businesses needed tools that actually understood how money moves, not just static cells that break when you add a new product line.
So we built Wyyar Eyoux. Not as some grand vision, but as the system we desperately needed ourselves. One that learns patterns, adapts to changes, and doesn't require a finance degree to interpret.
How We Actually Build This Thing
Our process isn't complicated. We focus on understanding how your business handles money, then build forecasting that mirrors that reality.
Pattern Recognition First
We start by analyzing your existing financial data—not to judge it, but to understand what drives your numbers. Revenue cycles, seasonal shifts, spending habits. The AI learns what normal looks like for you specifically.
Custom Model Assembly
Every business is weird in its own way. We configure forecasting models that account for your specific variables—whether that's subscription renewals, project-based income, or inventory fluctuations.
Scenario Testing
Before going live, we run your model through different situations. What if revenue drops 15%? What if a major client delays payment? The system should help you prepare, not panic.
Real-Time Adaptation
Once active, the system continuously refines its predictions based on actual results. It gets smarter as your business evolves, adjusting forecasts when patterns shift.
Alert Configuration
You decide what matters. Maybe it's cash flow dipping below a threshold, or spending trending 20% over budget. The system watches for those triggers so you don't have to.
Regular Recalibration
Markets change. Business models pivot. We schedule quarterly reviews to make sure your forecasting still reflects current reality, adjusting parameters as needed.
Who's Behind This
We're a team of twelve people split between Rouen and remote locations across Europe. Half of us come from traditional finance backgrounds—the kind where you've actually built those painful Excel models. The other half are engineers who understand machine learning but can also explain it without jargon.
Our Actual Approach
Honestly? We're pretty skeptical of flashy AI claims. Our system uses algorithms, yes, but the real work is in understanding context. A spike in expenses might be concerning for one business but completely expected for another.
That's why we don't automate everything. The AI handles pattern recognition and calculations. You handle the decisions. We think that balance matters.

What We Don't Do
We won't promise perfect predictions. Markets are unpredictable, and anyone claiming otherwise is selling something unrealistic.
We don't try to replace your accountant or financial advisor. Our system provides data and projections—you still need human judgment for major decisions.
And we don't lock you into rigid forecasting models. Your business changes, and the system should change with it.
Located in Rouen, Working Everywhere
Our main office sits at 11 Place du Boulingrin in Rouen, but most of our team works remotely. We've found this setup actually helps—different time zones mean someone's usually available when you need support.
